We are your trusted source for difficult to produce custom shapes and profiles.

At Superior Roll Forming we have maintained a leadership position especially in the areas of close tolerance and high strength lightweight innovation.

We developed the ultra high strength Martinsitic Steel pre-punched tower frame components that have lead to the proliferation of ABTS seating systems throughout the world.

The progressive nature of our roll forming process allows us to manufacture numerous component lengths with just one set of tooling. Our unique combination of roll forming lines, punching, forming and cutoff presses, and in-line welding capabilities enable us to do more work in-line. Both in-line TIG and off-line MIG welding services are available to produce assemblies ready to be utilized in your product applications.

Our innovative products utilize roll forming machines with spindle diameters from 1" to 4". We can form material up to .25" thickness and our largest machine can accept a strip width up to 48" wide. Our company has also produced parts as long as 55 feet.

Many types of businesses and components can benefit from the advantages of roll forming.

The in-line, value-added technologies that we develop and successfully implement on an ongoing basis cut costs and shorten lead times.

Roll forming is the process where any flat ductile material (by sheet or coil) is passed through a group of rolls arranged in tandem progressively forming the part until the final profile or cross section is obtained.

Many types of businesses and components can benefit from the advantages of roll forming and the in-line, value-added technologies that we develop and successfully implement on an ongoing basis.

We require fewer coil widths and less steel inventory by manufacturing multiple component lengths from one width of raw material than than processes like stamping. This translates to faster lead times and lower costs across the board.
